SalaryThis reputable, large organisation build upwards of 400 homes a year on their own land and for clients. They have a very established and organised office in the northwest of Sydney.
Projects delivered are attached and detached housing lots.Key Objectives:
- Lead and manage incoming new business and tendering.
- Oversee project lifecycle from incoming new business/tendering through to delivery and post completion.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Training and coaching of team subordinates.
- Monitor project division budgets, construction durations and quality of finished products.
- Business reporting and forecasting
- Develop and implement improvement strategies on project and business level
- Manage and facilitate the procurement, delivery and design processes.
- Lead the project team of Project Managers and Cost Planners to meet project objectives.
- Manage program requirements to meet Client’s expectations.
- Control risk on each project and manage client expectations.
- Understand and satisfy client needs.
- Strong background running construction projects from tendering process through delivery and handover
- Client management experience
- Experience running a team and overseeing work, ideally running a team of Project Managers
- Some experience from within the volume housing industry in Australia
- Fast-paced work environment
- Leading sector for home building currently (spec homes and developments)
