We are currently managing the delivery of our largest ever digital portfolio of strategic programs, with investments in Digital Engineering, ERP, Cybersecurity, Spatial Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure and Field Mobility.


As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with Executive General Managers and key stakeholders to lead and shape digital transformation and change.


You will independently manage multiple highly complex projects to deliver strategic business improvement outcomes. This will include developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring timely deliverables, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.


You will foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ultimately ensure that projects align with strategic business objectives. Your expertise in project management coupled with your leadership skills, will be pivotal in achieving optimal outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree level qualification in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Business or Engineering or a lesser qualification coupled with significant industry experience in an appropriate discipline.
  • Success in managing multiple, significant IT projects within a complex organisation
  • Skilled at driving strategic initiatives and influencing change.
  • Experience in the application of suitable project management methodologies, processes, and controls to ensure quality projects are delivered on time and budget.
  • Proven experience in the development of high quality project documentation, including business cases, project plans, quality, communication, work packages and reports.
  • Experience in developing procurement strategies, managing procurement and service provider performance.

We’d also love you to have:

  • Formal qualifications in Project/Program Management (i.e. Prince2. MSP).
  • Eligible to gain or have certification at CPPM level with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM).
