Senior Project Managers Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) Program

Liverpool City Council will deliver a portfolio of transformative city-shaping projects over the next three years, worth more than $150 million. We are seeking capable Senior Project Managers to join the team and deliver the Carnes Hill Aquatic Centre and the Brickmakers Creek projects.
These projects will change how Liverpool works and plays and form part of a commercial portfolio development strategy that supports our organisation’s corporate objectives, to facilitate even greater social infrastructure for the community.
Carnes Hill Aquatic Centre
This includes multiple pools, retail, café and recreation areas. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering aquatic centres or equally complex projects on time and on budget.
Brickmakers Creek
This project is the naturalisation of a concrete creek, creation of a regional playground and includes a community building. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering significant environmental landscape projects on time and on budget.
These roles will be supported by a Project Controls Team and Assistant Project Managers.
You will need:
· Demonstrable experience delivering projects working within an LGA, other government and/ or a complex delivery environment governed by rigorous compliance, environmental, safety and reporting requirements.
· High level of capability for delivering projects where key internal and external stakeholders will maintain an interest in the performance of the project against a strict program and cadence of delivery.
· Demonstrable experience for subcontractor and supplier performance management.
· Strong ability to deliver a complex project using a predetermined Framework and Methodology.
· Evidence that you have delivered complex projects and work programs.

The projects are funded by the Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants (WSIG) Program.
