Our Planning Group is currently seeking to appoint a Manager Customer Service who will provide day-to-day management of the customer support team and is also responsible for ensuring that the delivery of digital services is customer-centric and supports the NSW Planning Portal digital services by ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement. The role also conducts product triaging, testing, system reporting and development including change requests and business improvement processes, ensuring comprehensive testing in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure changes are technically and functionally robust and business ready. You You will have previous experience in managing a team with the ability to lead the team in providing an engaged customer support service for digital services and products, both internally and to external stakeholders You are a strong team player who values collaboration and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
