This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

We currently have two fixed term opportunities available.

Position Profile: Child and Adolescent Community Health (CACH) are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our Service Development team. The Service Development team provide project support to CACH leadership teams and clinical staff to deliver high quality, evidence based programs and services to children, young people and their families. The Senior Project Officer role supports either the Child Development Service or Community Nursing (e.g. child health, school health) portfolio.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, values-based organisation that serves a diverse range of consumers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, implementation and evaluation of service improvement projects, within allocated budget and timeframes
  • Research and analysis of information that informs strategic decision making
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervising staff and reporting on service development projects

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
