The Department for Child Protection is seekinga Senior Project Officer, HR Systems to join on a full-time ongoing basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Overseeing the effective operation of the PLEDGE HR system and managing complex system issues and queries.
- Delivering high level customer service based leadership and expertise across DCP as the central point of contact for PLEDGE HR System service requests, queries and issues.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring specific operational HR system projects by researching information, providing conceptual design solutions and implementing endorsed service directions
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on outcomes to meet service quality targets and obligations.
About You
We are looking for a confident systems specialist with high level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver expert advice.
With a high-level capacity for collaboration, you will be able to form and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
A well-developed knowledge of a range of best practice HR systems and related applications is desirable.
Key to this role will be demonstrated experience in monitoring, managing and ensuring the delivery of vendor issue resolutions.
