The Senior Project Officer, Organisational Development is accountable to the Manager Attraction Programs and is responsible for the delivery of project outcomes through the quality management of acquisition planning, tendering, negotiations and recommendations.
The Senior Project Officer will contribute to the development and implementation of a range of project, procurement and contract management processes and systems whilst adhering to policy and best practice to support the Organisational Development Branch business needs. The incumbent will also be required to provide expert advice and information on project and procurement procedures and contract management to clients within the Branch.

- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary
ASO5 - $84,522 - $94,003 per annum.
