The Senior Project Planning & Control (PP&C) Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of an executable Cost & Schedule baseline plans. Monitor performance of projects and ensure these systems re complaint with customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a work breakdown structure and project schedule for program capability deliveries.
• Implements and governance of effective project controls and Project Planning and control process compliance. This includes accurate management of baseline change.
• Ensure that performance and finance reports generated are prepared in accordance with the reporting timetable and providing analysis and assessment of ongoing project performance.
• Guide project managers and control account managers in planning, analysing, and assessing project cost and schedule performance.
• Ensure integrity of data included in performance reports and estimates at completion.
• Assist with promotion and demonstration of a continuous improvement model, values and approaches to business.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business, Accounting or Engineering, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Management and Toolsets (OPP, Cobra, MS Office, Power BI)
• Demonstrated customer focus.
• Able to communicate and work effectively across job functions and with external customers and vendors as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to facilitate a decision-making process.
• Understanding and knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems, Project Planning and scheduling, risk management and program management.
• Ability to create and generate standard reports and metrics and interpret them across functional boundaries.
• Demonstrates an intermediate level understanding of assumptions in an Estimates at completion and how it affects sales and earnings.
