About the role
We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-orientated Project Scheduler, looking to make their mark on some of the most high-profile and strategically critical Australian Defence Industry projects.
Through close collaboration with PMO stakeholders, the Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, analyse and report on key schedules, to support the delivery of critical projects on time and within budget.
Core activities of this role will be centered around maintaining project schedules and performance management baselines, across current L3Harris projects and programs. As a project scheduling SME, your tasks may include but not be limited to producing work breakdown structures, maintaining schedule integrity through constant review and alignment with scope changes and variances, assisting in resource forecasting and reviewing processes and procedures to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
About you
To be successful in this role and to best leverage the opportunities provided by L3Harris, some skills & experience ideal applicants will bring include;
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or significant scheduling experience.
- Familiarity with performance management systems
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Working knowledge of earned value management systems
- Proficiency with contemporary scheduling toolsets
- Conversant with succinct brief writing and data presentation
