Senior Projects Administrator

Halcyon Knights is seeking a Senior Project Administrator to support our state government client based in Adelaide CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with BI project leads, ensuring the quality of project information, providing training and support for the new PPM tool, and assisting with documentation of the project management process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
⦁ Liaise with BI project leads to gather project management artifacts and information for input into the new PPM tool.
⦁ Identify missing project artefacts and approvals and facilitate completion with the BI team.
⦁ Ensure the quality of project information meets PMO standards in areas including project scheduling, resource assignment, project register population, and phase gate assessments.
⦁ Provide training and support for the new PPM tool to the BI team.
⦁ Assist in documenting the project management process to support the new PM framework.
⦁ Update/create project management templates to align with the new PM framework.
⦁ Migrate and maintain the integrity of project records across information systems (SharePoint and Objective).
ABOUT YOU
⦁ 05 years' experience providing effective project management support.
⦁ Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and frameworks.
⦁ Experience using PPM tools.
⦁ Experience in records management.
⦁ Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
⦁ Superior attention to detail.
⦁ High-level written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
⦁ Ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, and develop effective resolutions.
⦁ Must have a current police clearance or be willing to obtain
⦁ Qualifications in project management/P3O are desirable.
