Must have prior experience in all aspects of Property Management. The ideal candidate will be someone that has established themselves in the field of Property Management and is looking for a role with opportunity for career growth and development. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and competent in completing all aspects required for day to day management.
Our business believes in providing our team with modern resources to assist them in being effective and efficient in daily duties. An (almost) paperless office, we utilise programs such as Property Me, Ignite, & Inspection Express. Whilst experience with these programs will be highly regarded, on the job training will be provided to bring you up to speed.
We are a business lead by a Management Team that acknowledges, respects and rewards hard work and dedication and encourages professional development.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
End to end Portfolio Management, including Routine inspections, maintenance, lease reviews, arrears management, VCAT, leasing and liaising with tenants and landlords.
Appraising and listing new rental properties.
About you:
- Must have prior experience in all aspects of Property Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable car/drivers licence
- Professional presentation
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills. Experience with Property me will be advantageous
- Team orientated
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
