OUR EXPECTATIONS

As an entrepreneur you are willing to invest in your success. We have established a partnership with one of the best PROPERTY INVESTMENT lead data supply companies in Australia, as such as an entrepreneur being offered uncapped commissions, there is an expectation that you invest into these Property Investment Leads that have proven to have excellent ROI (return on investment)

You should also:

• Have previous experience working in the REAL ESTATE industry OR working in the PROPERTY INVESTMENT space.
• Excellent internet access for conducting online Zoom and other online presentations.
• Be confident in presenting online and potentially in person with pre-qualified leads.
• Understand Equity, Borrowing Capacity and the many benefits of holding investment property.
• Be entrepreneurial, self-motivated and are a results-driven individual.
• Be willing to contribute to creating a positive team environment.
• Know how to use a CRM, manage a pipeline and move prospects towards a close.
• Be client-focused and wanting to ensure the best possible outcome for everyone you talk to. 
• Be able to meet basic monthly sales KPI’s. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will have an opportunity to work as a High-Ticket Closer selling investment property, Co-Living, NDIS and residential house and land packages to pre-qualified investors looking to use equity in their own home or to invest via a SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund). Prospective Clients will come from your pre-purchased Property Investment Leads, via one of Australia's leading Property Investment Lead Data Suppliers and you will have access to these leads via a CRM portal provided by us. Any inbound leads provided to you should be seen as a bonus, but not as an expectation.

We follow a FOUR Step (KISS) Sales Process:

1. Contact pre-qualified leads (i.e. prospective clients) to understand their PROPERTY INVESTMENT goals and financial position.
2. You will communicate with finance brokers to help establish buying capacity, while also conducting property and suburb research from an extensive property stock-list provided to find a property suitable to the clients investment goals and indicative borrowing capacity.
3. You will then present the relevant Property/Properties to the prospective client via Zoom or in person.  
4. You will then outline a strategy to the prospective client to move forward and execute the property sale via a Sales Advice Form and EOI (Expression of Interest) Payment.
