Responsibilities:
- Lead our property management team in challenging the status quo and elevating our unique business model to new heights.
- Foster the development of individuals within the business to ensure their success within the company.
- Evolve our business development segment in partnership with the Head of Department.
- Initiate pitching opportunities with new and existing strategic partners.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with 50 key real estate agency partners, positioning our innovative leasing strategy at the forefront.
- Act as a spokesperson, representing our innovative leasing strategy to the industry.
- Expand general business management by overseeing business financial performance.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Implement and foster our property management strategy, while also promoting team development.
- Lead the listing, tenant’s applications and vacancy process for existing and future new properties.
- Provide assistance with all tenant related enquiries escalated by the level 1 property management team.
- Develop, present, and pitch new businesses, agencies, and strategic partnerships.
- Attending property viewings with potential clients to drive new individual business growth.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation and management of our properties.
- Utilise PropertyMe for efficient property portfolio management, trust reconciliation and tenant accounts management.
- Oversee property services team to ensure that all condition reports, routine inspections, and exit reports are being completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Assist the Maintenance team in resolving any current furnishing or and utility issues with existing properties.
- Explore, test and trial new business avenues and opportunities such as furniture wholesale, styling, or real estate tech-stack innovation.
