Our OpportunityDo you want to do more to help Mirvac be a force for good? We have an opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Value & Reporting Manager to join for a 12 month contract in the Group Sustainability team. This role could be located in any of our main Mirvac offices. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the value of Mirvac sustainability outcomes is measured and reported to our key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing reporting systems, gathering and verifying data, and producing accurate content which promotes Mirvac's ESG performance.Do you need to be highly numerate and a trusted team collaborator? Further responsibilities include: ReportingLeading the cross-company project team to deliver high quality, verified ESG data as part of Mirvac's Annual ReportingCollaborate internally to understand and prepare for significant new mandatory ESG disclosures and assurancesContinuously improve Mirvac's systems for gathering and managing ESG performance dataManage sustainability scorecards and ensure timely, transparent, and accurate inputs of data, as well as reporting to all Mirvac divisions and leaders through the Health Safety, Environment & Sustainability management committee and Board sub-committeeCollaborating with the Sustainability Analyst to manage ESG data gathering and verification for other ESG indicesContinuously review Mirvac performance against investor expectations, scan for gaps, and provide advice and solutions to ensure leadership position is maintainedEngage across Mirvac to effectively measure and promote This Changes Everything performanceProgram ManagementIdentify and manage risks and opportunities to optimise outcomes, and know when to escalate to executive managementAbility to assess and pursue mutual value (value to business, to community, to environment)Establish and manage projects and prioritiesCustomer & Investor SatisfactionAbility to develop and manage trusting relationships with all levels of stakeholdersConsult with stakeholders to understand needs and meet requirementsCollaborate with business units to co-create, plan and deliver valuable programs to meet both sustainability strategy targets and business objectivesEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant external reporting bodiesYour point of differenceYou will professionally qualified with demonstrated experience in the property or sustainability sector, including experience with an ASX listed company.You will have strong project and priority management skills with the ability to guide team members on reporting processes and strategic objectives. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be well developed.
