- End to end management with trust accounts and PCR support
- Ability to outsource 50% of inspections
- Convert sales referrals
- Previous SNR and or Property Manager experience managing an end to end portfolio
- Strong knowledge of the residential act
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Exceptional customer service and enjoy relationship building
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Reliable and accountable
