The role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a small portfolio (with plenty of assistance) and oversee the functional operation of the team. This person will be keep the team on track. Ultimately you will enjoy both day to day Property Management as well as developing/mentoring the existing team, to ensure the department is the very best it can be.
This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday position. Best suited to an experienced Senior Property Manager ready to step up into leadership, or someone coming from a Team Leader role who is wanting a new challenge and fresh start. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the smooth running of a small team including its daily operations and staff management
- Manage key tasks within a small portfolio of properties
- Maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants, providing exceptional communication and customer service at all times
- Support the existing Property Management team, including training and mentorship
- Conduct one-on-one's and performance reviews with the team
- Set the agenda and run the weekly Property Management meeting
- Weekly reporting to the Directors
- Managing the new business (signing up new managements)
- Use of PropertyMe software
