The Role
Manage a sleek portfolio of 190 properties nestled in the vibrant inner and south eastern suburbs, with comprehensive support from their stellar admin, leasing, and field services teams, all powered by their cutting-edge systems.
They firmly believe that exceptional people are the backbone of their success. Join their seasoned, passionate, and community-driven Property Management team and be part of something truly special!
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining close contact with Landlords
- Processing new applications
- Repairs and maintenance management
- Open for Inspections if required at short notice
- Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
- Tenancy application assessments
- Tenancy sign up and induction
- Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio
- A team player who is reliable, honest and customer focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and immaculate presentation
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
