Senior Property Manager

• $80,000 - $100,000.
• Parking provided.
• Based in Girraween.
• Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday per month

Our Client:
A thriving, independently branded Real Estate agency our client employs over 40 staff across two locations. Led from the front by a forward-thinking Principal who likes to develop his staff for enduring careers within the industry.Duties:
This is an exceptional role where you will be supported by a Property Officer and remote Administrator who support you with the tenant side of the portfolio, leaving you to mainly focus on landlords and elevated matters. Day to day you will be responsible for 130 properties and the following tasks:

• Manage the relationship with landlords
• Review routine inspections and ensure that properties are appropriately maintained or suggest cosmetic improvements
• Manage any inspections overflow
• Arrears minimisation after 14 days
• Review Lease documentation and conduct rent renewals & increases
• Provide direction to the Property Officer & Administrator
• Tribunal where required

Specific requirements:

• Experience managing a residential rent-roll
• Must speak Chinese (Mandarin)
• Live locally to Sydney’s West / near Parramatta
• Have a current Certificate of Registration or License
• Have a valid drivers license
