Manage a North Shore based portfolio of 150 - 200 properties - Support with leasing, inspections, accounts and admin tasks - Ongoing training

My client has a strong emphasis on team culture and ethical business practice, they have been selling and managing property on the north shore for over 15 years and in turn have an incredibly loyal client base.

What will you be doing in this role:

The perfect role for a savvy and organised Property Manager that would love to join a stable and well regarded real estate brand. This department is incredibly well resourced to ensure you have support with leasing, inspections, accounts and admin tasks.

• Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
• Arrears management
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Manage tenant and Landlord communication
• Prepare for lease renewals and rent reviews
• Bond and insurance claims
• NCAT preparation and attendance
• Manage a North Shore based portfolio of 150 - 200 properties

The right candidate will have:

• Experience managing your own portfolio
• Confident written and spoken communication
• Impeccable presentation
• A current certificate of registration
• A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
• Knowledge of Property Tree preferable
• Full Australian work rights
