Senior Property Manager

The Client: 
Renowned for their market presence and success in the Inner Bayside area, this long established agency are responsible for many fantastic careers in the Real Estate industry. 

The Role: 

• Manage a portfolio of up to 180 properties 
• Full leasing support 
• Administration support 
• No weekends - Monday to Friday only! 
• Local portfolio with minimal travel required
• Fantastic team culture 
• Open to either a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader 
• Salary up to $100,000 + super for a Team Leader

The Candidate: 

• Previous experience working in Property Management 
• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent 
• Living locally to St Kilda area 
• Reliable car and drivers license
