Our client prides itself on being driven to achieve success! Currently seeking a Property Manager, you will be given the privilege to manage a High End, prestige portfolio and deal with the most respected and reputable landlords.
All properties are based on the Lower North Shore!
This is an opportunity to slot into a genuine and committed department, and work as a team.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking someone to provide a high level of service for High End properties all based on the Lower North Shore (these are executive landlords with properties that fetch between $1K-5K a week!).
- Managing a small, High End Portfolio of 140 properties – all based locally
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Arrears, repairs & maintenance control
- Overseeing ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Your own dedicated Assistant to support you
- No accounts, No Leasing & No weekends
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to deal with High End clientele
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to provide a high level of service
