We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to our clients. The Role:
As a Senior Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 370 properties with support from the Director, team leader, a full-time Property Manager, and a Leasing Agent. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service and experiences to both tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of a portfolio of 370 properties
Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
Supervise a leasing consultant and PM assistant
Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
Resolve escalated issues and complaints
Supervise outgoing, ingoing, and routine inspections
Advise and recommend improvements to maximize rental returns for investors
Manage rent arrears and insurance claims
Prepare for and attend NCAT autonomously
No leasing or trust account responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate:
Real Estate License, car, and driver’s license
Background in Property Management
Natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
Immaculate personal presentation and great phone manner
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail, pride in work, and thoroughness
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and legislation updates
Positive attitude and excellent time management skills
Desire to grow themselves, their portfolio, and their team
Mandarin speaking advantageous
