The Candidate:
Must have current Certificate of Registration
Reliable motor vehicle and Drivers' License
Must have previous Property Manager experience managing a portfolio
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Immaculate presentation
Strong computer skills
Outstanding organisational skills
High attention to detail
Current driver’s license and reliable car
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Honest, energetic, and a TEAM PLAYER!
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will be keen, eager, and ready to indulge in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and determined Property Manager with a current Certificate of Registration, own car & driver's license. You will have previous Property Management Experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential.
