This modern, upmarket boutique real estate business is well-established in both residential sales and property management. Situated within upmarket, inner north Brisbane, this Senior Property Manager role offers excellent working conditions, ample time for service and very little stress.
Taking on a leadership role, managing the rent roll of 160 properties. As Senior Property Manager, you will be supported by an external Assistant Property Manager who covers entries, exits, routines and leasing.
Duties will include:
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Maintenance management
- QCAT and Legislation requirements
- Systems and process management
- Invoicing, receipting (ideally back up for trust accounting but not essential)
- Systems and process management
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager is essential
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
- Team focused - Willing to help others and contribute to the culture of a boutique office environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well presented with strong negotiation skills and a good telephone manner
- Passionate about a long term career within real estate and property management
- Strong IT skills, experience with Property Me, Inspection Express, Virtual Inspection and RealWorks preferred but not essential
- Previous experience managing / mentoring assistant Property Managers is highly regarded
