We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage a prestigious, high-end portfolio and work with some of the most respected landlords. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and committed department and work collaboratively as a team.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday, providing exceptional service for high-end properties on the Lower North Shore
- Manage a portfolio of 200 properties with the support of a Property Officer
- Liaise with landlords
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings
- Conduct outgoing inspections
- Oversee your own dedicated assistant
- No involvement in accounts, leasing, routines, or ingoing inspections
- Essential: previous property management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Own vehicle and driver’s license
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong team player, willing to offer support when needed
- Ability to provide a high level of service

- Dedicated Property Officer for support!
- No responsibilities for leasing, routines, or ingoing inspections
- Opportunity to work with a fantastic Director and Property Management department
