Senior Property Manager

The CompanyOur client is a well established, leading agency in Sydney and it's renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team in one of their offices in Sydney's eastern suburbs, and manage a very neat & tidy portfolio with plenty of assistance and support.

The Opportunity

Operating out of a modern office, you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team culture where you will be taking an ownership of a very tidy and clean portfolio with a Leasing Consultant, routine inspector and Accounts for support.

Reporting to The Head Of PM Department, your key responsibilities include:

• Manage portfolio of 170+ properties
• Overseeing repairs & maintenance management
• Conducting rental reviews & lease renewals
• Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Handling escalated arrears management
• Tribunal preparation & attendance
• Developing new business to build the property portfolio (this is not a job requirement)

About You

• Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• At least 3+ years experience
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and own car
• Strong customer service focus
• A positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Have knowledge of the local property market
