The Opportunity
Operating out of a modern office, you will be joining a supportive and collaborative team culture where you will be taking an ownership of a very tidy and clean portfolio with a Leasing Consultant, routine inspector and Accounts for support.
Reporting to The Head Of PM Department, your key responsibilities include:
- Manage portfolio of 170+ properties
- Overseeing repairs & maintenance management
- Conducting rental reviews & lease renewals
- Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handling escalated arrears management
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
- Developing new business to build the property portfolio (this is not a job requirement)
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- At least 3+ years experience
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and own car
- Strong customer service focus
- A positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of the local property market
- Monday to Friday – no weekend work!
- Parking and mobile phone provided!
- Work with a fantastic Director & Property Management department with years of experience.
- Manage a pristine portfolio made up of local properties
