Your duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service;
- Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite;
- Managing rental arrears;
- Negotiating lease renewals;
- Open homes as required;
- Routine inspections;
- Outgoing inspections;
- Maintenance requests;
- Attending NCAT as required;
- Assist with marketing;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Issuing breach notices as required; and
- Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.
- A NSW Certificate of Registration or NSW Real Estate License;
- An unrestricted driver’s license;
- Be experienced, with strong overall knowledge and skills;
- Always be focused on achieving positive client outcomes;
- Have to ability to build and nurture positive relationships with owners, tenants and contractors;
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively;
- Display initiative, be solution focused and have a positive attitude;
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically - written and verbal;
- Have a strong attention to detail;
- Possess good negotiation and strong conflict resolution skills;
- Have immaculate corporate personal presentation; and
- Have a commitment to a team culture.
