About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Property Officer to work within our Corporate and Community Services team. This is a full time position and will undertake Council's property related functions, including sales, acquisitions and leasing, negotiate the acquisition and extinguishment of easements and other property rights required for Council infrastructure projects as well as support projects through sales and marketing styles that minimise costs and maximise the optimisation of property assets.

To be successful in this position you will lean on your expertise in property-related disciplines such as valuation, land economics, and real-estate management.

Remuneration:

$82,276 - $94,618 per annum plus superannuation
