ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be part of the Community Plus team, a dynamic and comprehensive service which functions like a hybrid Mobile Support and Treatment Team (intensive community support) and a Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Service. You will contribute to an enthusiastic recovery-focused multi-disciplinary team, who provide an extended hours clinical service to people living within the municipalities of Wyndham, Hobson's Bay and Maribyrnong. Your clients will experience a combination of significant mental health issues alongside other health and psychosocial needs that impact their wellbeing. As the Senior Psychologist, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to your clients, help create and nurture a therapeutic model of care among our team, support the development of effective formulations and treatment plans for clients of the service, and provide clinical supervision as required to more junior Psychologists. As a senior clinician, you will provide a psychological voice, support and leadership within the team
- Permanent Part-Time P3 Role. (5 x 7.6hr weekday shifts per fortnight - negotiable)
- Will consider lower EFT on a fixed term basis.

- Assessments, formulations, consultations, therapeutic 1:1 work and possibility of group or family work

ABOUT YOU:
- Registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
- AHPRA endorsement as a Supervisor or working towards
- Grade 2 Psychologists ready to step up encouraged to apply
- Experience in conducting psychological assessment of complex presentations and in providing
treatment to clients with multiple complicated problems as a part of a multidisciplinary team. - Skills in CBT and DBT-informed practice an advantage
- Additional skills in family therapy an advantage
