About the role:
With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, UGL are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior QA Completions Engineer working in the major projects space based in Melbourne:
Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to:
· Develop Completions & Handover Scope & Boundary Process/Framework
· Develop Completions & Handover Delivery Strategy
· Lead development and communication of Software utilized for Completions & Handover
· Development of Completion & Handover LOT Management
· Oversee Asset Management Process/Framework
· Oversee the NAC Assurance Gate Process
· Registration, filing, retrieval, disposition, and transmission of engineering documentation
· Ensure that the Document Control procedure requirements are complied with
· Maintain facilities and databases to ensure efficient operation of the document control function
· Acquisition, recording, filing and distribution of relevant Australian and International Standards and Procedures
About You
· You will possess a recognised engineering qualification relevant to the position (Electrical or Mechanical discipline) and have at least 15 years' experience in the overall management and co-ordination of assurance and compliance processes on large projects similar to the Project Works and Temporary Works.
· Experience on projects >10 Major projects
· 10+ years of relevant experience in Tunnel / Construction and Safety Assurance experience
· Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
· Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
