About the Role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow under the mentorship of a seasoned food industry professional, with the goal of stepping into a QA Manager position within 9-12 months. Collaborating with a dedicated team of three, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily GMP checks, performing testing and internal audits, updating SOPs and relevant documentation, and proactively identifying potential risks to ensure compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Science/Technology and brings substantial experience in the food industry, preferably within meat production. Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone who embodies company's core values of honesty, openness, and accountability.
