Senior Qa/Testing Analyst

In this role you will

• Lead a dynamic team within Regional Delivery & Safety (RDS) in planning, coordinating, and executing cutting-edge testing for Transport systems, ensuring top-tier quality, reliability, and system performance.
• Spearhead the development and management of a robust test framework, outlining clear test objectives, criteria, strategies, and plans to drive success in monthly releases and project-related activities.
• Define requirements for establishing state-of-the-art test environments, leveraging approved test tools, and conducting thorough analysis and planning to estimate and manage test efforts.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate testing execution, while employing continuous monitoring, measurement, and control measures to enhance overall testing processes.
• Guide the team in the analysis, design, implementation, automation, and execution of innovative test cases, procedures, and suites. Maintain and update test documentation to reflect the latest advancements.
• Deliver impactful and streamlined reporting on test progress, quality, and results, ensuring timely delivery of monthly releases and system changes.
• Act as a fervent advocate for quality, reliability, and performance, providing assurance to the Leadership team through effective test management.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, actively contributing to the development of contemporary risk management plans. Establish robust risk controls and execute risk mitigation activities.

About you

• Demonstrate adeptness in Cloud-based technology, particularly MS Azure.
• Showcase a proficiency of 3+ years in Webservice and API Testing, including expertise with SoapUI, on commercial platforms.
• Exhibit a strong grasp of microservices/cloud with hands-on experience across testing phases.
• Command 3+ years of Unix/Linux experience, displaying comfort with the command line interface.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of proficiency in running complex Oracle/SQL database queries.
• Navigate seamlessly between Windows and Linux environments, with familiarity in utilizing both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
• Possess advanced knowledge of contemporary tools, including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, MS Office 365, among others.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in executing test cases and procedures.
