Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Associate for a permanent full time role to increase our Quality function and support the growing demands of the business. The position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager
The Role:
- Work closely with Production to ensure compliance to our Quality Management System
- Verification and sign off of batch documentation including Release for Supply
- Participating in external and internal audits in consultation with the QA Manager and being able to manage internal audits independently to comply with Regulatory requirements
- Emphasis on Quality compliance and continuous process improvement
- Reviewing and maintaining QMS documentation including SOPs
- Investigate/follow-up customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in Deviations, CAPAS and Risk Assessments
- Knowledge and working understanding of GMP environment as applied in a complementary medicine setting
- Assist in the GMP training of staff in the facility
- Perform additional duties as required
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry with GMP as the key focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail including being able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in all areas of the organisation
- Commitment to deliver and drive successful outcomes
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude with a genuine enthusiasm to see people and the business succeed
- Flexibility to grow within the role
- Science degree preferred
