Responsibilities:
As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing and understanding complex business requirements for various projects.
Creating and executing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools such as Mantis and JIRA.
Conducting various types of testing, including Integration, Regression, UAT, and Functionality Testing.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Participating in project status meetings and providing regular updates to team leads and project managers.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members as needed.
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Skills:
4 years of hands-on experience in Software Manual Testing.
Strong experience in testing Client-Server and web-based applications.
Expertise in Functional Testing, including Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
Proficiency in Usability Testing, GUI Testing, and Functionality Testing.
In-depth knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Mantis and JIRA.
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle, Software Testing Life Cycle, and Test Case Methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a time-sensitive environment.
Experience in testing Web applications and Mobile applications.
Education:
B.Tech (Electronics and Communication Engineering)

Testing Skills: Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Mobile Application Testing, Database Testing
Testing Tools: Selenium WebDriver
Database Technologies: SQL
Defect Tracking Tool: Mantis, JIRA
Operating Systems: Windows 7
Project Life Cycles: Agile, V model, Waterfall
Technologies: Core Java
