Role Purpose
We are seeking a thorough and efficient SeniorQuality Assurance Coordinator to effectively support the Quality Assurance Systems for all products and product related processes, ensuring company standards are met on a 12 Month FTC.

This is a full-time position that will report to the Process Improvement and Quality Manager, and is based in Aesop's Collingwood office, but will require regular travel to our offsite warehouse.

In this position you will support and assist in internal quality audits, deviations/investigations, quality management reviews, risk management and document control. You will also conduct quality control checks on finished product packaging, entering results in the appropriate database. Working collaboratively with the Production team to support the Quality Management System will also form part of this position.

Some things you may find yourself doing

• Support supplier and third-party collaboration to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Lead investigations to identify the root causes of quality issues or non-conformance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for quality control purposes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage non-conformance and implement corrective actions
• Prepare quality reports and metrics for management review
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product life-cycle
• Provide training and support for quality practices and procedures
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability

What we are looking for
The successful candidate should have solid experience with middle ware integration technologies and standards with experience in MuleSoft preferred. You'll also bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in a similar position
• Previous experience with Quality Assurance Systems
• Demonstrate unparalleled attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possess a strong work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility
• Proven track record of problem solving and pro-active process improvement
