OUR TEAM
We are seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator (SQC) to ensure the quality system meets all customer requirements by delivering a quality product on time. The primary objective is the achievement of the production plan in accordance with safety, quality, cost and continuous improvement objectives. This role has become available due the progression of the existing SQC into a quality officer role.
YOUR ROLE
- Ensure the appropriate quality assurance and quality control activities are undertaken to ensure all product is produced within specification
- Control of non-conforming product through corrective action, investigation and follow up
- Lot/Batch sentencing and sign off on Acceptable Quality Limits
- Create product acceptance documentation, and Ammunition data cards
- Consult with JPEU regarding proof tasks
- Organise Proof Transport
- Ensure calibration of all production gauges and tracking via calibration monitor
- Amend/review/approve Work Instructions and Forms with regard to quality requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- MSS50322 - Diploma of Competitive Systems and Practices or equivalent or BSB50920 - Diploma of Quality Auditing or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Quality System procedures
- Knowledge of Quality ISO9001 and AQL AS1199 standards
- Good Communication both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills
