Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Recruiter to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented medical professionals across various specialties. Your expertise in candidate sourcing, relationship building, and strategic recruitment will play a vital role in meeting our clients' staffing needs and maintaining our reputation for excellence in healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities in Brisbane.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates across a range of medical specialties, including Doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and client organizations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting top-tier talent in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, credentials, and licensure requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
