The Role:
With a great on boarding system and working closely with an experienced and dedicated portfolio Assistant, you will be Liaising with clients, arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance, prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs, conduct meetings, undergo periodic inspections and anything else required to manage your portfolio efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager is essential
- Experience with management rights and more technical schemes ideal
- Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible salary package on offer, Up to $100k Plus super Plus bonus (open to negotiating with experience)
