Position Overview: As a Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will source, attract, and place high-quality candidates within the temporary and contract markets. Operating on a 360-degree recruitment model, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement and business development to candidate sourcing and placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Actively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for temporary and contract roles.
- Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to attract top talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Facilitate the interview and selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account managers and other recruitment teams, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legislative changes affecting the temporary and contract recruitment landscape.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on temporary recruitment
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and compliance.
- Previous experience using recruitment software and tools is preferred.
