Senior Recruitment Consultant

Workfast is looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our Melbourne team!

We are looking for candidates with experience in Blue Collar or White Collar recruitment. You'll be working alongside our VIC State Manager to successfully win work, recruit & mobilise staff onto client sites. 

This is a FT position with a base salary of $100k to $110k (based on experience) + $15k car allowance with an OTE to earn up to $250k+ per year with uncapped commission!

About you

• At least 2 years experience in a recruitment position for Blue Collar roles
• Ideally have 1-2 years Experience with Sales or Business Development 
• A background in industries such as; infrastructure, construction, rail, civil, mining, oil & gas, heavy industrial, electrical 
• Proven track record with managing multiple roles
• High proficiency in using LinkedIn, Seek, Seek talent and social media
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Full licence and own vehicle so that you can travel out to site

What you'll be doing

• 360 business development, sales and recruitment
• Recruitment for multiple roles
• Account management
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions
• Successfully mobilise staff to client sites
• Site check ins and visits for meetings and new starters
