Your new roleAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you will provide an outstanding level of service and deliver against the sourcing requirements of our clients, utilising proactive sourcing strategies and effective talent pool management, in order to fulfil our purpose of being a lifelong partner to candidates and clients. We will support you on a journey where you can:Manage and grow your own client portfolio
Map the market and develop an ambitious sales plan
Lead by example and influence the development of others
Source new candidates via a multitude of channels and conduct thorough interviews
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new clients
Provide excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
Advise decision makers from SMEs to global organisations to help them achieve their business objectives
Work collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
Handle the job process from beginning to end including short-listing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationshipsWhat you'll need to succeedAs an already accomplished recruiter in a specialist market and your expertise, professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become a go-to industry expert. You'll already have a strong presence in your chosen market and have access to an extensive candidate network, as well as strong business development skills in your arena. You'll demonstrate the confidence to work strategically to further develop your client base, utilising an established and ambitious sales plan, incorporating, and leveraging your current network of clients.
