The Opportunity
As we grow in APAC, we're looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager based in Australia. In this role, you'll own the regional KPI's and results, tracking end-to-end from budget spend through to pipeline generated and deals won.
You'll make excellent use of the data and learnings at hand to continuously improve and optimise performance, developing a Regional Marketing strategy and quarterly plans, in close partnership with Sales, SDR's, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams. A positive regional Sales-Marketing relationship, which you'll own, will be key to success, as well as ensuring flawless communication and execution. We have Sales, SDR's and BDR's in region who you'll partner with to develop marketing programs and processes that both fit the needs of the region, and align with our global marketing direction.
Holistic Regional Marketing programs including trade shows, hosted events, webinars, email, content syndication, sponsorship as well as paid social, SEM / SEO and web localisation, all which engage our target audience and achieve regional goals, will be part of this role. You'll partner with our Demand Center teams and Media agency to execute all this effectivley.
The Team
Our global Marketing team includes demand generation, field marketing, corporate marketing, brand management and more. In APAC we are growing, with sales people, solutions consultants, support teams and more. You'll play a pivotal role as we expand in the region.
What we are looking for
- You'll have significant experience in a Regional Marketing / Field Marketing role in an SaaS Enterprise B2B Organisation
- You'll need to be highly collaborative & a strong communicator who is familiar with partnering with sales teams to achieve great results
- You'll have experience building programs in Marketo, and managing leads, campaigns, & reporting in Salesforce.
- An acute attention to detail will be important
- You'll have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with quick turnarounds and timelines
