Senior Relationship Manager

Our client is one of the Top 5 Domestic Bank's in Australia who continues to drive strong growth across their commercial bank. As a result of internal movement, a great opportunity presents itself for an experienced Business Banker to take over an established and performing diversified client portfolio. You will be supported with a dedicated Assistant who is caretaking until a new Relationship Manager is hired.To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to bring the below attributes & skills:

• 5-7years local market experience managing & driving growth from a business/commercial bank client portfolio with debt requirements up to $60M-70M
• Strong communication and engagement skills with ability to present to Csuite level clients
• Proven ability to assess company financials and performance with strong debt structuring skills
• Hold a strong sales, service & solutions approach to working with clients
• Demonstrate strong external & internal key stakeholder engagement
• Be a can do person with a commercial risk approach to doing business
• Be tertiary qualified
