Your new roleAs a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Maximizing sales of existing products or services in current markets.
  For instance, offering loyalty cards to encourage repeat business or lowering prices to outperform competitors
• Expand into new markets with existing products. For example, entering a neighboring town with your coffee shop to reach new customers
• Innovate and introduce new offerings to captivate your existing market
• Explore new markets or industries by diversifying your product or service portfolio
• Collaborate with other businesses to enhance capabilities and reach new audiences
• Consider acquiring or merging with other companies to expand your footprint 
• Focus on retaining existing clients through exceptional service and personalized experiences 

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will have:

• Strong knowledge and extensive experiences of Corporate Banking/Business Banking 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Understand the needs and expectations of large businesses and the ability to generate new business
• Familiarity with the local network and business environment is highly desirable
