How will I help?
This is a really important role for us! Supporting one of Australia's most important assets - Agribusiness Customers, you'll play a leading role in supporting Agribusiness Customers across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.
As an Agribusiness Senior Relationship Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing relationships with industry leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support large businesses with lending requirements generally from $3M to $50M, so they can grow and develop well into the future. You'll be well supported by our wider Agribusiness team with local support and work closely with our colleagues in Corporate Agribusiness.

What do I need?
You'll need to be a true expert in your field. We're looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager with a very strong and diverse knowledge of the agribusiness sector. A natural people person, you will have held senior positions as a Relationship Manager. Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) are a must as well as proven balance sheet and deal structuring experience. Ideally, you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.
