The role is responsible for the provision of analysis and insights to the Customer Solutions business. This involves: Management of requirements and delivering to them for the Customer Solutions business; Liaise with the Business, Analytic teams, Workforce and Credit Risk for inputs, and transposing those into visual dashboards; Building predictive and prescriptive views via scenario models and translating that into actionable insights.
The role involves facilitating and optimising effective conversations between our external customers and our internal staff members through inbound and outbound contact channels. It is expected you will be motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering a superior service experience, meeting customer needs, and balancing commercial outcomes.
Another critical focus will be to foster and develop relationships with our business partners to achieve Customer Solutions specific objectives, demonstrating a One Team approach.

What do I need?
- Ability to provide service excellence by driving value through effective partnering with the Customer Solutions business to deliver on their dashboard requirements.
- Strong working experience with tools like SAS, SQL, Teradata, Tableau, Alteryx, VBA, PowerBI, Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA, Power Apps
- Experience with MS Office products like Excel, PPT
- On completion of collating data and reporting layer in Tableau, to transition their focus on insights generation. This could take the shape of scenario modelling to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
- Bachelor or post graduate qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics preferred
