You'll be responsible for:
- Collaboration with the broader 1st Line of defence, Risk & Compliance teams, providing insights into ongoing reporting in areas such as risks incidents, issues and controls.
- Providing analysis of thematic risk and compliance issues arising from control assessment results, compliance incidents, breaches, risk incidents and operational losses, escalating to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of topical risk analytics and presentations for the Executive Leadership Team
- Preparing and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Support on a range of activities including engagement with business related to integrated assurance and reporting, as well as continuous improvement opportunities and risk culture initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Experience in an analyst, audit or risk and compliance role for a complex, matrixed general insurance, or financial services organisation.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Understands customer insights, feedback, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
