Detailed DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Faculty's Research team is currently recruiting for a Senior Research Grants and Contracts Officer to join the Faculty on a full-time, fixed term basis. The Senior Research Grants and Contracts Officer is an integral part of the Faculty's Research team. The role is responsible for providing academic and professional staff with the tools to enable them to undertake pre-award processes through training and support.The role is also responsible for the design, implementation, and improvement of existing Faculty internal grant schemes as well as coordination and implementation of centrally funded internal grant opportunities. The position monitors and reports on the Faculty's performance, implements funding support mechanisms, and facilitates research KPI analysis and reports. With flexibility in mind, we will be offering the incumbent the opportunity to work remotely for 1-2 days per week on occasion.As the ideal candidate, you will possess:
