Based in the Dexus Retail Finance team, the role will work closely with the Leasing and Asset Management Teams to deliver the budget and forecasting process for the Retail Platform. The role will act as the business partner for all Lease related performance reporting and will be responsible for driving performance insights and analysis to help influence commercial and strategic decisions.
How you will make an impact
Business Partner for all Leasing related reporting and performance analysis for the Dexus Retail Platform.
Manage and oversee the delivery of the Retail Platforms Leasing budgeting and forecasting process.
Maintain lease transactions reports to accurately record leasing transactions and trends.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance metrics for Property, Portfolio and Fund level reporting.
Manage and oversee Lease Fee process.
Ad hoc and benchmarking analysis.
System Integration and Continuous Improvements – proactively review current state processes seeking ways to leverage off the people, processes, and technology in implementing innovative solutions and improvements to gain efficiencies, mitigate risks and provide further insights for supporting decision making.
About You
Tertiary qualification in a Commerce/Accounting/Business/Property/Valuations discipline.
2-3 years’ experience in Property.
Knowledge with lease structures and legislations, advantageous.
Highly demonstrable analysis, modelling and numerical skills.
Advanced business writing, excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience in TM1 & Yardi would be advantageous.
