WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Senior Sales Associate, you are responsible for building relationships with customers and maximising sales opportunities, whilst maintaining store image, product and operations, and motivating and leading the sales team.
You will be involved in:
- Business Development with a focus on achieving targets
- Client Management: delivering the ultimate VERSACE experience
- Customer Relationship Management: establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Operations: assisting with stock and back of house tasks, as well as visual merchandising according to company directives
This is a full-time, 38 hours per week opportunity based in our Versace Sydney Westfield flagship store.
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in retail - an understanding of luxury and clienteling is beneficial
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
